Exclusions

2. Special Promotions: Clearance sales, closeouts, liquidation sales, flash sales, or other special promotions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
3. Additional Discounts: Prices that require the use of coupons, promotional codes, rebates, or bundled offers.
4. Custom Orders: Customized, personalized, or special order items.
5. Service Costs: Prices related to services such as installation, assembly, or delivery.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, customers can follow these steps:
1. Online: Contact our customer service team through phone or email with the competitor’s price details. Provide the URL or a copy of the advertisement for verification. Our team will review the information and respond with the next steps.
Additional Terms
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and the availability of the item before honouring a price match request.
- Limitations: Price matches are subject to approval and may be limited to one item per customer.
- Non-Combinable: Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
- Total Cost Comparison: The competitor’s price must include all applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs for an accurate comparison.
